Who I Am
Hi, I’m Sarah! The founder of Whole Life Habits. As a 21-year-old who has faced my own health challenges, particularly with balancing my hormones, I know firsthand how frustrating and overwhelming it can feel to not be at your best. My personal journey has been a path of discovery, learning how to nurture my body, mind, and spirit in a way that supports my long-term health and well-being.
Through my struggles, I became passionate about finding holistic solutions to health problems, and over time, I learned how to restore balance in my life through nutrition, mindset shifts, and sustainable lifestyle changes. This journey has been deeply rooted in my faith as a Christ-follower. I believe that our bodies are wonderfully made by God, and that caring for them is both a privilege and an act of stewardship. This perspective inspires me to approach wellness not just as a physical or mental endeavor, but as a spiritual one, too.
