Black Pepper’s Piperine- To unlock the full power of turmeric, it pairs best with a pinch of black pepper. Why? Because black pepper contains a compound called piperine, which boosts the bioavailability of curcumin by 2000%! WOW! Without piperine, your body would only absorb a tiny fraction of curcumin.
